During the pandemic, I took an online foraging course as a salve for my soul. Getting outside and discovering the salvific power of plants that many would discard as weeds transformed my view of the world and opened my eyes to a whole range of new possibilities. I began to gather in and play with creating salves. As a lifelong knitter it was an easy next step to explore natural dyeing. A new enterprise was born.
